高速切削GH4169镍基合金的有限元模拟与分析

摘要:利用ABAQUS有限元软件对GH4169的加工过程建立有限元切削模型,通过有限元分析得到不同切削速度下的切屑形态和切削力以及不同切削深度下的切屑形态和切削力,通过分析其切屑锯齿化程度以及切削力曲线图,选取合适的切削速度与切削深度,为镍基高温合金的实际切削加工提供参考依据。

Abstract:Using ABAQUS finite element software to establish a finite element cutting model for the machining process of GH4169.Through finite element analysis,obtain chip morphology and cutting forces at different cutting speeds and different cutting depths are put forward.By analyzing the degree of sawtooth chip and the cutting force curve,the appropriate cutting speed and cutting depth can be selected.It provides reference for actual cutting process of nickelbased superalloy.
