阻尼器转子加工难点工艺探讨

摘要：用修理厂现有设备、工装夹具和量具对某型直升机操纵系统ZX-5122-250液压阻尼器转子进行制造工艺设计实践，试制出合格的阻尼器转子零件，保证了阻尼器性能，并总结出复杂零件制造中的工艺设计应用程序和方法。

Damper Rotor Manufacturing on Difficulty Points of Technological Process

Abstract:ZX5122200 hydraulic damper is a component of the control system of helicopter X.With the existing equipment，tooling and measuring tools，the practice and verification of manufacturing process of the damper rotor have been carried out.And now，the qualified damper rotor has been manufactured.Therefore，the application procedure and method of technological is designed in the field of complicated accessories manufacturing.
