SiCp/Al复合材料超声振动辅助切削研究现状与进展

摘要:阐述了SiCp/Al复合材料在切削过程中存在的一些问题,从SiCp/Al复合材料超声振动辅助加工中的刀具材料与刀具磨损、切屑与切削力以及表面质量三个方面概述了SiCp/Al复合材料切削加工的研究现状,对促进SiCp/Al复合材料高效切削加工的措施进行了总结。

Ultrasonic Vibration Assisted Cutting of SiCp/Al Composites:A Review

Abstract:The problems in the machining SiCp/Al composite materials are investigated in this paper.The research progress in the ultrasonic vibration assisted cutting of the SiCp/Al composites,including tool materials,tool wear,chips,cutting force and surface quality are reviewed.The measures to promote the high speed and high efficiency cutting of the SiCp/Al composites are summarized.
