硬质合金刀片刃口钝化及检测技术综述

摘要:阐述了硬质合金刀片刃口缺陷的产生原因和主要的刃口处理形式及其使用工况,总结当前主流刃口钝化技术及刃口检测的技术手段,提出刃口钝化检测技术薄弱是目前国内企业普遍存在的问题。由于对该技术重视程度普遍偏低,制约了我国工具行业品质提升,也制约了刃口钝化技术装备及工艺技术的发展。

Review of Cutting Edge Passivation and Detection Technology of

Abstract:The causes of the defect on the edge of the carbide blade,the main treatment forms and the working conditions of the blade are briefly described.The main cutting edge passivation technology and the edge detection technology are summarized.The weak detection technology of edge passivation is a common problem in domestic enterprises is pointed out.Due to the low attention to this technology,the quality improvement of the tool industry in China is restricted,and the development of the technical equipment and technology of the cutting edge passivation is also restricted.
