轴向振动钻削对进给方向毛刺形成的影响

摘要:基于轴向振动辅助钻削原理,探讨了振动钻削对切出进给方向毛刺的影响。结果表明:由于施加轴向振动的作用,钻削加工中出现了脉冲和变厚钻削的过程,改善了钻削过程中的切屑的断屑条件,降低了轴向钻削力,从而减小了切削层材料的塑性变形,抑制了切出进给方向毛刺。

Influence of Axial Vibration Drilling on Feeddirection Burr

Abstract:Based on the fundamental theory of axial vibration drilling,the influence of vibrationdrilling on the feedexit burr is analyzed.The result shows that,due to axial vibration,vibration drilling has some unique characteristics,such as variablethickness cutting and impulse cutting,which not only improve the chipbreaking conditions and working angle of the drill,but also reduce the thrust force.Therefore,the plastic deformation of workpiece material and theexit burr are effectively restrained and decreased.
