喷丸强化零件保护与零件装夹研究

摘要：研究喷丸强化零件保护所应遵循的原则，对使用材料和适用方法进行分类对比，并对零件保护过程中可能出现的问题进行分析和归纳。结合航空产品的特点，研究航空产品零件保护和零件装夹的特殊方法，总结零件保护和零件装夹在工艺准备过程中的应用实现。

Research on Shot Peening Process Preparation and Parts Damping

Abstract:The principles of shot peening part masking are studied，the used materials and the applicable methods are classified and compared，and the possible problems in the process of part protection are analyzed and summarized.According to the characteristics of aviation products，this paper studies the special methods of parts masking and parts clamping，and summarizes the application of parts masking and parts clamping in process preparation.
