涡轮叶片当量测具设计及误差分析

摘要:介绍了涡轮叶片喉道当量的测量方法,并基于UG设计了一种用于叶片加工过程中当量测量的测具。分析了复杂曲面采用点定位时的定位误差,介绍了误差修正方法,并采用该方法对所设计测具的定位及测量误差进行了分析和修正。

Design and Error Analysis of Turbine Blade Equivalent Measuring Instrument

Abstract:The method to measure the throat equivalent of turbine blades is introduced. Based on UG, an instrument for equivalent measurement during the manufacturing turbine blades is designed. The positioning error is analyzed when points are used to locate complex surfaces and the method to eliminate the location error is also used in the positioning and measuring error analysis and correction of the designed instrument.
