金属陶瓷刀具高速切削钛合金试验研究

摘要:采用自主研发的Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷刀具对TC4钛合金(Ti6Al4V)进行了高速车削试验。从切削力、工件已加工表面质量和刀具寿命等方面分析了Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷刀具加工TC4钛合金的切削性能。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察和能量分散光谱(EDS)扫描分析,研究了不同几何形状的Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷刀片高速车削TC4钛合金的失效形态及失效机理。

Experimental Study on Highspeed Cutting of Titanium Alloy by Cermet Tool

Abstract:The highspeed turning test of TC4 titanium alloy(Ti6Al4V) is carried out by selfdeveloped Ti(C,N)based cermet cutting tools.The cutting performance of Ti(C,N)based cermet tools for machining TC4 titanium alloy is analyzed from the aspects of the cutting force,the workpiece surface quality and the tool life.Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) are used to study the failure modes and failure mechanisms of Ti(C,N)based cermet cutting tools with different geometries for highspeed turning of TC4 titanium alloy.
