GH4169镍基高温合金铣削过程数值模拟

摘要:针对GH4169镍基高温合金难加工、效率低以及切削过程中难以直接获得观测数据的问题,基于ABAQUS仿真平台建立了三维铣削数值模拟模型,在此基础上设计了切削参数正交试验以及基于刀具螺旋角和径向前角的单因素试验,分析了不同切削参数对切削力和切削温度变化规律的影响。结果表明:采用大的切削速度和轴向切深以及小的进给量可以获得更小的切削力和更低的切削温度,提高铣削效率;优化结构后的刀具在相同的切削参数下可以获得更小的切削力和更低的切削温度。

Numeriacl Simulation of Nickelbased GH4169 Superalloy Milling Process

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of nickelbased superalloy GH4169 machining difficult,low efficiency and hard to obtain the observation data directly in the cutting process,the 3D milling numerical simulation model is established based on ABAQUS simulation platform.Further,the orthogonal test of cutting parameters and single factor test based on tool helical angle and diameter rake are designed to analyze the influence of different cutting parameters on the variation of cutting force and temperature.The results show that larger cutting speed and cutting depth and smaller feeding speed can either obtain smaller cutting force and temperature and also increase milling efficiency.Tool with optimized structure can achieve smaller cutting force and temperature under the same cutting parameters.
