基于UG的数控多轴加工工艺优化设计

摘要:针对叶轮等复杂结构零件四轴、五轴加工刀路的建立过程中可能遇到的问题,对UG软件的多轴铣模块中可能影响加工刀路的驱动方法、投影矢量、刀轴等功能进行综合试验研究,发现刀轴功能中的插补矢量类型可以有效优化刀具路径,避免刀柄、刀具等与工件之间可能发生碰撞的情况,为多轴数控加工设备的应用提供安全生产依据。

Optimization of NC Multi Axis Machining Process Based on UG

Abstract:Aiming at a series of problems that may occur in the process of establishing fouraxis and fiveaxis machining tool paths for complex structural parts such as impellers,the driving methods,projection vectors,tool axes and other functions that may affect the machining tool paths in the multiaxis milling module of UG software are studied comprehensively.It is found that the interpolation vectors in the function of tool axes can effectively optimize tool paths and avoid cutters.The collision between handle,tool and workpiece may occur,which provides a basis for safe production for the application of multiaxis NC machining equipment.
