基于干式摩擦的深孔加工圆度优化方法分析

摘要:为解决枪钻在深孔加工过程中经常出现的圆度误差问题,根据枪钻深孔加工系统的结构以及圆度误差形成机理,设计了一种基于干式摩擦的涡动抑制装置,深入分析了该装置的减振机理和建立了系统理论模型。通过对减振装置模型进行数值计算分析与试验研究,得出在有干式摩擦阻尼器时刀具涡动幅值更低;通过对比圆度形貌在不同幅值大小时孔的圆度误差,得到的孔圆度误差更小,从而证明了干式摩擦阻尼器可以有效降低圆度误差,验证了所设计装置的可行性和所建立的理论模型的正确性。

Analysis on Roundness Optimization Method of Deephole Machining
Based on Dry Friction

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of roundness error occuring during gundrilling deep holes,based on the structure of deep hole machining system and the roundness error formation mechanism,a device based on the dry friction is designed.The mechanism of vibration reduction is analyzed and the theoretical model is established.The numerical analysis and experimental study of the vibration damping device model are carried out.Through the analyses of the calculation and the experimental results,it is proved that the dry friction can effectively reduce the roundness error,thus verifying the feasibility of the designed device and the established theoretical model.
