WC-15%TiC-6%Co合金表面不同钴含量对切削寿命的影响

摘要:采用充入氮氩气氛烧结的方式制备表面不同钴含量的WC15%TiC6%Co合金,研究表面不同钴含量下的刀片耐磨性能。利用能谱仪(EDS)、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段分析合金表面成分及表面形貌,通过对比切削试验研究其耐磨性能差异。试验数据表明:通过调整混合气体的充入压力,可以制备出表面不同钴含量的WC-15%TiC-6%Co合金,且氮气气氛浓度越大,合金表面钴含量越低,相应的钛含量有所增加;在一定范围内,随着合金表面钴含量的降低,合金的耐磨损性能相应增加;随合金表面钴含量的变化,合金表面微观形貌也发生改变。

Effect of Different Cobalt Content on Cutting Life on 
WC15%TiC6%Co Alloy Surface

Abstract:WC15%TiC6%Co alloys with different cobalt content on the surface are prepared by filling the atmospheric sintering of nitrogen argon to study the wear resistance of blades with different cobalt content on the surface.The surface composition and surface morphology of alloy are analyzed by energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and scanning electron microscope (SEM),and the wear resistance difference is studied by contrast cutting test.The experimental data show that the Wc-15%TiC-6%Co alloy with different cobalt content on the surface can be prepared by adjusting the filling pressure of the mixed gas,and the higher the nitrogen atmosphere concentration,the lower the cobalt content on the alloy surface,the corresponding titanium content increases,and in a certain range with the decrease of cobalt content on the alloy surface.The wear resistance of the alloy increases correspondingly,and with the change of cobalt content on the alloy surface,the microscopic morphology of the alloy surface is also changing.
