铣削GCr15三维热力耦合加工模型仿真

摘要:以轴承钢GCr15为对象,基于ABAQUS有限元分析软件建立了铣削加工的三维热力耦合模型。模型采用D20圆角立铣刀,仿真研究了铣削加工中铣削速度和刀具每齿进给量对铣削力的影响。并以热—力共同作用下的材料相变温度作为依据,阐释了加工中工件表面形成白层的过程,分析了加工参数对白层厚度的影响。对于研究铣削加工过程以及优化加工参数有重要意义。结果表明:随着铣削速度与每齿进给量的增大,铣削力呈上升趋势,工件表面白层厚度逐渐增加,但增加的速率随着铣削速度与每齿进给量的增大而逐渐降低。

Abstract:A threedimensional thermalmechanical coupling model of milling bearing steel Gcr15 is built based on ABAQUS.With the D20 rounded end milling cutter which usually used in milling, the influence of milling speed and feed engagement on milling force is researched.Consider the impact of stress on phase transition temperature,the process of white layer formation in milling is explained and the influence of milling speed and feed engagement on white layer thickness is researched.It is meaningful for the study and the parameter optimization of milling process.The results as following,with the increase of milling speed and feed engagement,both milling force and white layer thickness are increased.But the rate of growth of white layer thickness is decreased.
