基于ANSYS铆钳弯臂的应力分析与优化设计

摘要:对开档尺寸200×200的铆钳弯臂进行受力分析,找出其危险截面并计算出相应的理论应力值。在Creo中建立铆钳弯臂的三维模型,导入ANSYS Workbench进行静力学分析,得到危险截面与理论分析的一致性,从而完成三维模型的校正。对模型进行拓扑优化分析,根据分析结果对其结构形状进行尺寸优化设计。结果表明,应用拓扑优化设计方法可以有效降低铆钳弯臂的质量,实现铆钳弯臂的轻量化,达到节约成本、减轻工人劳动强度和提高生产效率的效果。

Stress Analysis and Optimization Design of Rivet Clamp Arm Based on ANSYS

Abstract:Based on the study of the stress analysis of rivet pliers bent arm of opening size 200×200,the dangerous section stress value is found out and the corresponding theory value is calculated.Then the rivet pliers in Creo 3D model of bent arm is established,the ANSYS Workbench is imported to statics analysis to get consistent with theoretical analysis,the dangerous section and the maximum stress value and the theoretical calculation values are within the error range,the 3D model is completely corrected.The topology optimization analysis of the model is carried out,and the size optimization design of its structure shape is carried out according to the analysis results.The results show that the application of topology optimization design method can effectively reduce the quality of the bent arm of riveting pliers,realize the lightweight of the bent arm of riveting pliers,achieve cost saving,reduce the labor intensity and improve production efficiency of workers.
