新型自锁式可换头钻头的磨损特性研究

摘要:在新型自锁式可换头钻头切削性能的研究基础上,研究了新型钻头的摩擦特性;以正交试验为基础,采用DEFORM3D有限元软件对K200和Fy01两种牌号硬质合金钻头钻削过程试验进行模拟仿真,研究其钻头的磨损特性。仿真试验结果表明,钴含量低的硬质合金牌号其耐磨性更好。通过相同切削条件下的钻削切削试验与仿真试验对比,两者变化规律一致,验证了DEFORM3D有限元软件在模拟新型刀具加工中磨损时的可行性。

Study on Wear Characteristics of New Selflocking Commutator Drill

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the cutting performance of the new type selflocking bit,the friction characteristics of the new type bit are studied.On the basis of orthogonal experiment and using finite element analysis software DEFORM3D,the drilling process tests of two grades of K200 and Fy01 cemented carbide bits are simulated and their wear characteristics are studied.Based on the simulation results,the hard alloy with low cobalt content is determined to have better wear resistance.By comparing the with drilling and cutting experiments under the same cutting conditions with the simulation experiments,the changing laws of the two are consistent,which verifies the feasibility and reliability of DEFORM3D finite element simulation software in the simulation of wear in the new cutting tool processing.
