基于DEFORM3D探讨车削刀片切削温度场分布对切削寿命的影响

摘要：利用DEFORM3D有限元仿真切削软件对不同槽型车削刀片进行仿真切削，得到其切削温度及温度分布场，对仿真切削结果进行分析，进而对刀片切削寿命作出预判，并通过实际切削试验验证。

Discussion of Influence of Field of Cutting Temperature on Cutting Life of 
Turning Blades Based on Software DEFORM3D

Abstract:The finite element simulation cutting software DEFORM3D is employed to simulate the cutting of different turning blades，and the cutting temperature and temperature distribution field are obtained.The simulation cutting results are analyzed，and the cutting life of the turning blades is preliminarily determined.Afterwards，the results are verified by the actual cutting tests.
