深孔加工刀具非线性运动分析及优化方法

摘要:刀具在深孔加工过程中会发生非线性运动,降低加工质量。对BTA的非线性运动进行分析,建立了钻杆在加工过程中运动轨迹和反映各方向上偏移量的模型,并依此为基础设计了一种剪切粘滞阻尼器,经过计算仿真,阻尼器可以有效抑制钻杆的非线性运动。

Nonlinear Motion Analysis and Optimization Method of Deep Hole Machining Tools

Abstract:The tool will undergo nonlinear motion during the deep hole machining process to reduce the machining quality.In this paper,the nonlinear motion of BTA is analyzed,and the trajectory of the drill pipe during the machining process and the model reflecting the offset in the direction are established.Based on the sequence,a shear viscous damper is designed.After calculation and simulation,the damper can effectively suppress the nonlinear motion of the drill pipe.
