轧制直柄麻花钻工序废品率的分析

摘要:轧制直柄麻花钻具有内在质量好、生产效率及材料利用率高等优点。其加工工艺在国内工具行业中被广泛应用。但在制造过程中因其废品率较高影响到其成品后的产出率。本文通过对轧制直柄麻花钻生产现场的跟踪及数据分析,了解在生产制造轧制直柄麻花钻过程中各道工序的废品率分布情况,从而控制和降低其制造过程中废品率。

Study and Analysis of Rejection Rate in Rolling Straight Shank Twist Drill

Abstract:Rolling straight shank twist drill has the advantages of good inherent quality,high production efficiency and material utilization rate.Its processing technology is widely used in domestic tool industry.However,the high rejection rate in the manufacturing process affects the output rate of finished products.This paper is based on the tracking and data analysis of the production site of straight shank twist drill.To understand the distribution of scrap rate in each process of manufacturing straight shank twist drill.In order to control and reduce the rejection rate in the manufacturing process.
