基于机器视觉的薄壁件加工误差检测方法

摘要:针对薄壁件加工误差在线快速检测的需要,提出一种利用机器视觉技术对薄壁件加工误差进行检测与补偿的方法。通过制作特定标志贴于工件上,用CCD相机获取标志图像;通过数字图像处理算法对所获图像进行分析处理;根据对同一标识位置上的偏差,计算机床在对薄壁件加工过程中造成的误差,实现薄壁件加工误差的辨识和测量。试验结果表明,检测方法简单、高效,实现薄壁件加工误差的快速检测,为在线误差补偿提供准确的误差数据。

Method for Detecting Machining Error of Thinwalled Parts Based on Machine Vision

Abstract:Aiming at the need of online rapid detection of machining error of thinwalled parts,a measurement method using machine vision technology is proposed.Specific sign images are created and acquired by using CCD camera and the obtained image is analyzed by digital image processing techniques.The positioning errors of thinwalled parts arising during the machining process are calculated to realize the identification and measurement of the machining error of the thinwalled parts.The experiment results show that the proposed method is simple and efficient,which can realize the rapid identification of the processing error of thinwalled parts and provide accurate data for realtime error compensation.
