基于LabVIEW的圆锥滚子轴承保持架视觉定位方法

摘要:针对圆锥滚子轴承内组件装配过程中的冲压工序,提出了一种基于LabVIEW的保持架视觉定位方法。通过工业相机获取收缩模具的灰度图像,运用图像处理技术分析计算出收缩模具19个脊的位置,并将脊的位置作为保持架定位基准。将待测内组件置于收缩模具中,通过图像处理和分析,计算出保持架梁的周向位置以及保持架的梁与邻近基准的偏角,并通过伺服控制系统带动内组件转过相应角度,从而实现保持架的精确定位。

Visual Positioning Method of Tapered Roller Bearing Cage Based on LabVIEW

Abstract:Aiming at the stamping process in the assembly process of tapered roller bearing components,this paper proposes a visual positioning method based on LabVIEW.Firstly,the gray image of shrinkage die is acquired by industrial camera.Through image processing technology,the 19 position of shrinkage die ridge are analyzed and calculated,and the position of ridge is used as the positioning datum of cage.Then,the inner component to be tested is placed in a shrinking mold,and the circumferential position of the cage beam is calculated through image processing and analysis.Finally,the deviation angle of the beam of the cage from the adjacent reference is calculated,and the internal component is rotated through the corresponding angle by the servo control system,thereby achieving accurate positioning of the cage.
