基于轮廓仪的轴承滚子测量系统设计

摘要:通过大量的调研和需求分析,开发了一套轴承行业专用的轴承滚子测量系统。该系统可自动计算出轴承滚子的凸度量,生成标准对数曲线用于轮廓比对,并计算出表面粗糙度参数。本文阐述了软件总体设计思路和各子系统的功能和特点,包括测量系统的功能、精度补偿系统的原理、主界面的特点,根据设计模式设计了滤波器模块、凸度计算模块、文件操作模块和运动控制模块。其中,滤波器模块包括高斯、中值、样条逼近和形态学滤波器,文件操作模块包括二进制、txt、msg、xls等格式的读写功能,预设模板和自定义模板的报表输出功能,运动控制模块集成了所需的运动控制函数,供测量系统调用,从而形成了完整、可靠的轴承滚子测量系统。

Design of Bearing Roller Measuring System Based on Profilometer

Abstract:Through research and demand analysis,the system for bearing surface is designed.It can calculate value of bearing crown,generate standard logarithmic curve,and offer parameters of roughness.The functions and characteristics of the child system and the overall design conception of the software are introduced.Including the functions of measuring system,the operating principle of compensating system,the characteristics of main interface,the filter module,file operating module and motion control module are designed based on design mode.The filter module includes Gaussian,median,spline approximation and morphological filter.The file operating module can operate various file formats,such as binary,txt,msg,xls and export report based on presupposed and customized templates.The motion control module integrates motion control functions which required by software for measuring system calls.As a result,it becomes an integrated and reliable bearing roller measuring system.
