切削用量对弱刚性构件加工变形的研究

摘要:弱刚性构件在加工时因其刚性差,在切削力、切削热、切削颤振等因素的影响下易发生加工变形,加工精度不易控制。本文先采用单一因素法研究切削用量对弱刚性构件加工变形的影响,再使用实验数据建立了切削用量对构件加工变形影响的数学模型,为合理选用切削用量提供了理论依据。

Study on Machining Deformation of Weakly Rigid Components
by Cutting Parameters

Abstract:Because of its poor rigidity,the weak rigid component is easy to be processed and deformed under the influence of cutting force,cutting heat,cutting flutter and so on,and the machining accuracy is not easy to control.In this paper,a single factor method is used to study the effect of the cutting parameters on the deformation of the weak rigid component,and then the mathematical model of the effect of the cutting parameters on the deformation of the component is established by using the experimental data,which provides a theoretical basis for the rational selection of the cutting parameters.
