基于分形理论的球头铣削表面形貌研究

摘要:表面形貌作为表面完整性的重要组成部分,直接影响零件的耐磨性、配合稳定性以及疲劳特性。基于WM分形模型对二维工程表面进行仿真,分析了分形维数D和特征尺度系数G对表面轮廓的影响,证明了分形维数表征表面形貌的可行性。通过在不同走刀路径下多轴球头铣削AISI H13钢试验,并运用MATLAB编程得到不同加工表面形貌的分形维数。分析结果表明:分形维数对复杂形状中的微观组织结构有很强的分辨能力;当径向切深与每齿进给量的比值为1<m<2时,铣削表面形貌的微观组织结构最简单。本研究结果可为三维表面形貌的表征方法提供参考价值。

Study on Topography of Surface Milled with Ballend Cutter
Based on Fractal Theory

Abstract:As an important part of the surface integrity,the surface topography directly affects the wear resistance,coordination stability and fatigue properties of parts.Based on the WM fractal model,the twodimensional engineering surface is simulated,and the effect of the fractal dimension D and the characteristic scale coefficient G on the surface contour is analyzed.It is proved that the fractal dimension is feasible for characterizing the surface topography.By cutting experiment with multiaxis ballend cutter under different tool paths on AISI H13 steel,the fractal dimensions of different surface topographies are obtained through MATLAB programming.The analysis results show that the fractal dimension has a strong ability to distinguish the microstructures of complex contours.When the ratio m of radial cutting depth to feed per tooth is 1<m<2,the simplest microstructure could be acquired.The result of this study could provide a reference for the characterization of 3D surface topography.
