熔融沉积试件仿真模拟与实验研究

摘要:在不同成型环境温度下对样件成型后的应力、应变和翘曲变形量进行仿真分析,然后在原有成型设备的基础上添加成型腔环境温度控制与检测系统,并进行相关成型试验,利用三坐标测量仪对成型环境温度分别为60℃、65℃、70℃、75℃、80℃、85℃和90℃下的成型件进行平面度测量。

Simulation and Experimental Study of Fused Deposition Modeling

Abstract:The stress,strain and warpage of the sample after forming are simulated under different temperature.Based on the original equipment,the temperature control system is added.Finally,flatness measurement is carried out on the molded parts with molding temperature of 60℃,65℃,70℃,75℃,80℃,85℃and 90℃.
