金属切削加工瞬态温度测量研究综述

摘要:金属切削过程中产生大量的切削热,导致切削温度不断变化。切削温度对切削加工有重要影响,其测量研究对切削过程有重要意义,但受测量元件响应时间以及切削条件的限制,切削过程中瞬态温度的准确获取一直是该领域的难题。本文综述了目前应用于瞬态切削温度测量的几种方法,指出了其基本原理、优缺点以及适用范围,并对瞬态温度测温方法的发展趋势进行了深入分析。

Summary of Transient Temperature Measurement in Metal Cutting

Abstract:In the process of metal cutting,a lot of heat is produced,making the cutting temperature constantly changing.Since the cutting heat has an influence on the cutting process,and the measurment of the cutting temperature is of great significance.But the transient temperature in the cutting process is difficult to be accurately measured due to the limitation of the response time and of the measuring elements the cutting conditions.In this paper,the present methods used to measure transient cutting temperature are summarized,the fundamental principles,advantages and disadvantages and application of these temperature measuring methods are introduced,and the development trend of transient temperature measurement method is analyzed.
