无粘结相WC基硬质合金刀具材料的研究现状与前景

摘要:无粘结相WC基硬质合金刀具材料拥有良好的硬度及红硬性,优异的耐腐蚀性及耐磨性,一定的断裂韧性,在切削加工难加工材料方面(如钛合金加工)具有良好的切削性能,拥有更广阔的运用前景。本文对国内外关于无粘结相硬质合金刀具的研究成果进行综述,阐述当前限制无粘结相硬质合金刀具开发和应用的困难和问题,并对未来无粘结相硬质合金刀具的发展前景做出合理的推测。

Research Progress of WCbased Cemented Carbide Cutting Tool
Materials without Bonding Phase

Abstract:The WCbased carbide cutting tool material without bonding phase has good hardness and red hardness,excellent corrosion resistance,wear resistance,and certain fracture toughness.In cutting difficulttomachine materials such as titanium alloy,it has good cutting performance and has a broader application prospect.This article reviews the research results of nonbonded cemented carbide tools at home and abroad,describes the difficulties and problems that currently limit the development and application of nonbonded carbide tools,and discusses the future of binderless carbide tools.
