涂层刀具切削马氏体不锈钢的磨损机理研究

摘要:采用AlTiN涂层硬质合金刀具对1Cr11Ni2W2MoV以及2Cr13两种型号的不锈钢进行车削试验,利用激光共聚焦显微镜观察刀具的前、后刀面磨损形貌,对刀具的主要磨损机理及磨损形式进行分析。研究结果表明:1Cr11Ni2W2MoV的加工难度大于2Cr13;硬质合金刀具切削1Cr11Ni2W2MoV不锈钢时,刀具主要的磨损形式为月牙洼磨损以及边界磨损,失效形式主要为崩刃;切削2Cr13不锈钢时,刀具的主要磨损机理为粘结磨损。

Study on Wear Mechanism of Tool during Turning Martensitic 
Stainless Steels With Coated Carbide Tool

Abstract:AlTiN coated carbide tool is adopted in the cutting experiment of stainless steels 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV and 2Cr13.With the help of 3D measuring laser microscope,the morphology and the mechanism of tool wear are analyzed.The results show that 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV is harder to machine than 2Cr13.Crater wear and boundary wear are the main wear types and chipping is the main failure mode of the coated carbide tool in turning stainless steel 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV.When it comes to stainless steels 2Cr13,the main wear mechanism is adhesive wear.
