TC4钛合金深孔枪钻钻削仿真及试验研究

摘要:利用DEFORM-3D软件模拟仿真枪钻钻削钛合金过程,研究分析出加工过程中转速和进给量的改变对于轴向力和刀具温度变化的影响规律。对所得数据进行试验验证来证明仿真分析结果的正确性,再依据所得规律和实际钻削试验获得最优的加工参数。研究结果对实际生产有一定的参考价值。

Drilling of TC4 Titanium Alloy

Abstract:Simulation analysis on the drilling process of titanium alloy is carried out based on DEFORM3D software, and the influence of cutting speed and feed rate on the axial force and the temperature of the tool are analyzed. Experiments are conducted to prove the correctness of the results of simulation,and the best machining parameters are obtained based on the laws and actual drilling tests. The results of this study have a reference value for the actual production.
