三通管孔用复合刀具设计与优化

摘要:针对汽车油路不锈钢三通管的加工方式设计了一种集钻、铰、铣整体式复合刀具。该复合刀具由钻头、铰刀、铣刀三部分组成,可实现一次装夹快速加工。同时,基于SolidWorks三维软件构建复合刀具的三维模型和ANSYS Workbench分析软件找出复合刀具的薄弱区域,针对薄弱问题对复合刀具进行结构优化,使复合刀具的最大应力减少了6.93%,最大应变降低了7.8%,提高了工件的加工质量。该三通管加工复合刀具的设计与优化过程对设计类似的孔用复合刀具有重要指导意义。

Design and Optimization of Composite Tool for Thole

Abstract:Aiming at the processing way of stainless steel three way pipe in automobile oil circuit,this paper designs a set of drilling,hinges and milling integrated cutting tools.The composite cutter is composed of a drill,a reamer,and a milling cutter and realizes the purpose of onetime clamping and rapid processing.At the same time,the threedimensional model of the composite cutter is constructed based on SolidWorks threedimensional software,and the weak area of the composite cutter is found based on the ANSYS Workbench analysis software.For the weak problem,the structural optimization of the composite tool is performed,the maximum stress of the composite tool is reduced by 6.93%,the maximum strain is reduced by 7.8%,and the machining quality of the workpiece is improved.The design and optimization process of the threeway pipe compound tool has important guiding significance for the design of similar hole compound tool.
