金属陶瓷铣刀加工灰铸铁的试验研究

摘要：精加工灰铸铁零件时，对被加工零件表面光洁度要求较高。采用硬质合金刀具加工时刀尖处易磨损，影响零件表面光洁度，且硬质合金铣刀的寿命较低。分析实际加工条件和被加工材料的特征后，改用金属陶瓷铣刀后进行试验，刀具寿命延长较多，加工效率也有所提高。

Experimental Study on Cutting Gray Iron with Cermet End Mill

Abstract:During the finish machining of gray iron parts，the surface finish of the machined parts are required to be high.By using carbide tools，the tool tips are easy to wear，affecting the surface finish of parts.And the tool life is very short.After analyzing the actual processing conditions and the characteristics of the material to be processed，the cermet milling cutter is applied.The service life of the cermet cutter is higher several times and the processing efficiency is improved.
