小开口环形燕尾槽加工技术优化

摘要:针对一种马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢小开口环形燕尾槽的加工,设计了小开口环形燕尾槽加工刀具并优选了刀具材料和刀具结构,进行了加工工艺参数仿真模拟分析,提出了“三步加工”的工艺方案。实际应用表明:刀具设计合理、加工方案有效和切削参数可靠能确保小开口环形燕尾槽的稳定加工。

Optimization of Processing Technology for Small Opening Ring Swallowtail Groove

Abstract:Aiming at a small opening ring swallowtail groove processing on martensite precipitation hardening stainless steel,the tool to process the groove is designed.The tool material and structure are optimized.Simulation analysis of processing parameters is carried out,and the threestep process scheme is proposed.The practical application shows that the tool designed is reasonable,the processing scheme is effective,and the cutting parameters are reliable,which can ensure the stable processing of the small opening ring swallowtail groove.
