基于多特征的立铣刀磨损状况分析

摘要:机械加工过程中的刀具磨损不可避免,刀具的使用寿命通常根据刀具的磨损状况来判断。由于传统的单参量判别方式不能使刀具得到充分的利用,本文采用多特征的立铣刀组合判断刀具的合格性,能够较为全面地反映出立铣刀的磨损状态,可以判断刀具是否可以继续使用。在不同铣削距离的加工条件下验证了多特征理论体系。本研究具有实际指导价值,可为刀具磨损提供较为全面的判别方法。

Analysis on Wear of End Mills Based on Multifeatures

Abstract:Tool wear is unavoidable in the process of mechanical processing,and the service life of the tool is often judged by the condition of tool wear.Traditionally,the single parameter judgement method can′t make the tools fully utilized.In this study,the multifeature combination of vertical end milling cutter is used to judge the quality of the tool,which can comprehensively reflect the wear state of milling cutter,and then judge whether it can be used further.The multi feature theory under the processing conditions of different milling distance is verified.The study of this paper has a practical guiding value and provides a comprehensive method for tool wear judgement.
