低偏差序列法在制造精度影响因素中的分析与应用

摘要:应用拟蒙特卡洛法并采用12维Halton序列最优随机数低偏差序列,通过随机数发生器生成诸因素的影响因子进行建模,应用VisVSA三维可视化平台进行装配过程仿真。结果表明,大型轴流式转轮加工中影响制造精度的主要因素是转轮型线车削、叶片轴孔镗削以及止推面铣削加工三个关键点。针对三个关键点加工工艺的各环节,分析了影响转轮制造精度的主要因素、误差大小及其对装配的影响程度,并提出改进办法,可为大型轴流式转轮加工提供借鉴。

Analysis and Application of Low Deviation Sequence Method for
 Manufacturing Precision Influencing Factors

Abstract:There are many factors influencing the accuracy of a wheel system.By using the Monte Carlo method and the optimal random number sequence of 12d Halton low deviation sequence,the analysis model is established through the random number generator to generate the influence factor.And by using VisVSA 3D visualization platform,the assembly process is simulated.It is found that the main factors influencing the processing accuracy of large axial flow runner hubs are the shape line turning,the blade shaft hole boring and the thrust surface milling.The factors influencing the wheel manufacturing accuracy and the error and their influence on assembly are analyzed,and the improvement measures are put forward,which can provide an important reference for processing large axial flow runner hubs.
