颗粒增强金属基复合材料切削过程仿真综述

摘要:回顾了近年来全球关于颗粒增强型金属基复合材料在切削过程中的一些仿真技术。切削模型既有二维模型也有三维模型,包括等效均质模型、微观模型和混合模型。仿真旨在预测切削力的大小,并研究界面失效、刀具—颗粒的相互作用、切削温度和加工次表面损伤等。本文重点介绍了上述建模方法的实现原理和关键技术,并对其优缺点加以评述。在此基础上,对颗粒增强金属基复合材料仿真技术的发展趋势做进一步探讨。

Review upon Simulation of Cutting Process of Particulate Reinforced
 Metal Matrix Composites

Abstract:This paper provides a comprehensive review of literature on modeling of machining particlereinforced metal matrix composites materials with a focus on the process of turning.The turning models include equivalent homogeneous,microscopic and hybrid models,which are either 2D or 3D finite element models.This paper includes recent modeling work to predict cutting force,and to study toolparticle interaction,cutting temperatures and machined subsurface damage.In addition,the principles and key technologies in this modeling method are introduced,so as to comment on their advantages and disadvantages.On this basis,the further discussion on the simulation technology trend of particlereinforced metal matrix composites materials is carried out.
