AlTiCrN-DLC涂层刀具对Inconel 718高温合金的切削性能研究

摘要:针对B8W2-3型管螺纹车刀的工况,制备了AlTiCrN和AlTiCrN-DLC涂层,分析了复合涂层的膜层厚度、膜基结合力和摩擦磨损行为,并对涂层刀具的切削性能进行了研究,分析了DLC膜层对涂层刀具磨损状态的影响。研究表明:AlTiCrN-DLC涂层中AlTiCrN膜层厚度约为3.5μm,DLC膜层厚度约为2.5μm,其中DLC膜层为典型非晶态结构,AlTiCrN-DLC涂层压痕等级为HF3,低于AlTiCrN涂层,AlTiCrN涂层摩擦系数为0.54,AlTiCrN-DLC涂层摩擦系数为0.13,且无明显犁沟痕和大面积涂层脱落现象。在切削速度为50m/min、切削长度为0-60m时,AlTiCrN-DLC涂层可明显降低涂层刀具后刀面磨损量和粘结磨损,减少积屑瘤和微崩刃的产生。

Investigation for Cutting Performance of AlTiCrNDLC Coated Tools in
Machining of Inconel 718

Abstract:ATiCrN and AlTiCrNDLC coatings are prepared focusing on working conditions of B8W23 type thread cutting inserts.Thickness,adhesion strength and wear behavior of the deposited coatings are analyzed.Besides,the effects of DLC film on the cutting and wear performance of the cutting inserts are investigated.The results show that the thickness of AlTiCrN film and DLC film of the AlTiCrNDLC coating are 3.5μm and 2.5μm respectively,and DLC shows typical amorphous structure. The indentation strength of AlTiCrNDLC coating is HF3,which is lower than ATiCrN coating. The friction coefficient of AlTiCrN coating is 0.54,while the friction coefficient of AlTiCrNDLC coating is 0.13,which shows the reduction of grooves and spallations.AlTiCrNDLC coated inserts show decreases of VB and adhesion,as well as the reduction of BUE and micro crack on condition that the cutting speed is 50m/min and the cutting length is 060m.
