微织构表面电射流沉积MoS2/Ti涂层及其摩擦磨损特性研究

摘要:利用激光加工技术在YG6硬质合金基体上制备椭圆阵列微织构。配制了MoS2/Ti悬浮液,利用电射流沉积技术在YG6硬质合金基体上沉积了厚度为17μm的MoS2/Ti涂层,研究了电射流沉积流量和沉积高度对涂层形貌的影响。当沉积流量为12μL/min、沉积高度为5mm时,获得了均匀紧凑的MoS2/Ti涂层。对MoS2/Ti涂层沉积前后织构化基体摩擦磨损特性进行研究,结果表明:表面织构可以降低摩擦系数及其波动程度,有效储存涂层材料;MoS2/Ti涂层降低基体表面的摩擦系数效果更为明显,能够减缓基体的磨损程度。

Fabrication and Tribological Properties of MoS2/Ti Coatings Deposited on Textured 
Substrate Surfaces by Electrohydrodynamic Jet

Abstract:Elliptical array microscale surface texturing is made in the YG6 cemented carbide substrate by laser surface texturing technique.MoS2/Ti suspension is prepared,and MoS2/Ti coatings with a thickness of 17μm are deposited on YG6 cemented carbide substrate by electrohydrodynamic jet deposition,the effects of flow rate and working distance on the morphologies of the coatings are studied. When the flow rate is 12μL/min and the working distance is 5mm,the uniform and compact coatings are obtained.The friction and wear properties of the coatings are characterized.It shows that the surface texturing has the advantage of reducing the friction coefficient and the fluctuation of friction coefficient,storing lubricants effectively.The effect of MoS2/Ti coatings on the friction coefficient of matrix surface is more obvious,and it can reduce the wear degree of matrix.
