鸟巢模型五轴数控加工工艺设计

摘要:基于镂空鸟巢模型的结构特点,指出了其加工难点,分析了关键区域的加工工艺,制定了鸟巢模型的整体加工方案。利用PowerMILL软件进行编程,为精加工阶段针对形状不规则、分布无规律和侧面扭曲程度大的网状型腔设计了刀位轨迹,并应用DMU 65mono BLOCK 五轴加工中心完成了该模型的加工。

Design of Fiveaxis Machining Process of Bird′s Nest Model

Abstract:Based on the structural characteristics of the hollow bird nest model,the difficulties in processing are pointed out and analyzed,and the overall processing scheme of the bird nest model is worked out.Meanwhile,the tool path is designed by using PowerMILL in terms of the mesh cavity with irregular shape,irregular distribution and large side distortion in the finishing stage.The model is processed with DMU 65 mono BLOCK 5axis machining center.
