表面微织构硬质合金对钛合金的三维摩擦仿真分析

摘要:为分析硬质合金表面织构化在摩擦过程中的降磨机理,通过ABAQUS有限元软件进行三维建模仿真分析,建立沟槽、半圆凹坑、菱形凹坑和方形凹坑的织构化硬质合金模型。结果表明:硬质合金表面织构化能够有效避免摩擦过程中的应力集中现象,改善应力分布,相对于无织构表面来说,大幅降低了接触区域的平均应力;微织构的存在改善了钛合金表面应力梯度过大的现象;沟槽型织构能够增大散热面积,显著降低摩擦温度,菱形织构能够控制摩擦过程中的温度增长。

3D Simulation Analysis of Friction Process between Textured Cemented
Carbide and Titanium Alloy

Abstract:In order to analyze the wear reducing mechanism of textured cemented carbide during the friction process,a textured model for grooves,semicircularpits,rhombus pits and square pits is established by ABAQUS finite element software.The results show that the texture of cemented carbide surface can effectively avoid the stress concentration phenomenon and improve the stress distribution in the friction process.Compared with the smooth surface,the average stress in the contact area is more greatly reduced;the existence of micro texture improves the excessive stress gradient in the surface of titanium alloy;the groove texture can increase the heat dissipation area and significantly reduce the friction temperature,the diamond texture can control the temperature increase during the friction process.
