5PH不锈钢深腔薄壁耳片槽车削加工工艺

摘要:从材料和结构入手介绍了155PH不锈钢材料深腔薄壁耳片槽的车削加工特点,总结了实际车削过程中影响加工精度的因素。基于工装、刀具材料及参数、切削余量和工艺流程等方面,研究减少切削加工中变形和振动的方法,设计了一套夹具和刀具,总结出一套加工方案。实际生产表明:此方案能有效保证深腔薄壁耳片槽的槽宽尺寸及槽壁表面质量,并且能提高装夹和加工效率。

Turning Process Technology of Deep Cavity Thinwalled Slot of
155PH Stainless Steel

Abstract:The article describes the turning characteristics of deep cavity thinwalled slot of 155PH stainless steel from materials and structure,and summarizes the factors that affect the machining accuracy in the actual turning process.The methods to reduce the deformation and vibration phenomena in cutting process are studied based on fixture,tool material and parameters,cutting allowances and process flow etc,and finally a set of fixture and tool are designed and a set of processing solutions are concluded.The actual production shows that this solution can effectively ensure the thin size of the deep cavity thinwalled slot and the surface quality of the slot,and can improve the clamping and processing efficiency.
