不锈钢粗加工用铣刀的结构设计

摘要：研究了不锈钢粗加工用铣刀的不同设计结构，分别用端铣刀、圆鼻铣刀和双R圆鼻铣刀三种刀具结构进行切削试验，并分析各刀具结构的优缺点，讨论各刀具结构对刀具寿命及工件表面质量的影响。

Study on Structure of Rough Milling Cutter for Machinging Stainless Steel

Abstract:This paper studies the different structures of by three tool structure cutting rough cutter for machining stainless steel，respectively with end milling cutter，milling cutter，double R round nose cutter experiment.The advantages and disadvantages of the tool structures and the influence of the structures on the tool life and surface quality is analyzed.
