VoluMill ACTC模块在动态高速铣削加工中的应用

摘要:通过对比研究运用传统平面铣模块生成的刀具路径以及运用VoluMill ACTC模块算法生成的动态高速铣削刀具路径,发现运用VoluMill ACTC模块算法能极大地提高工件加工效率,延长刀具使用寿命。

Application of ACTC Module of Gibbs CAM VoluMill in Dynamic High Speed Milling

Abstract:Through comparative study on the tool path generated by using traditional Face_Milling module and the dynamic high speed milling cutter path generated by using VoluMill ACTC module algorithm,it is found that the use of VoluMill ACTC module algorithm can greatly increase the machining efficiency,extend tool life.
