丝锥前角测量的分析与探讨

摘要：通过对传统丝锥前角测量仪器的研究与探讨，提出了一种新型丝锥前角测量装置。该装置采用测头与丝锥的前牙面接触式测量，克服了传统丝锥前角测量仪器不能测量螺旋槽丝锥和螺尖丝锥的缺点，并研发了数字式丝锥前角检查仪，优化了数据采样及处理流程。

Analysis and Discussion on Measurement of Tap Rake Angle

Abstract:Based on the research and discussion of the traditional tap rake angle measuring instrument，a new tap rake angle measuring device is proposed.The device adopts the contact measurement between the measuring head and the front tooth surface of the tap，which overcomes the disadvantage that the traditional measuring instrument can′t measure the spiral fluted tap and the spiral pointed tap，and a digital tap rake angle detector is developed to optimize data sampling and its processing.
