刀具因素对H13钢切削性能的影响研究

摘要:为了选择合适的刀具加工H13热作模具钢,利用有限元仿真软件AdvantEdge FEM进行三维正交铣削试验并得出较优铣削参数。利用这组铣削参数研究退火后的H13钢的切削加工性能,采用多种Ti化合物涂层刀具进行铣削退火H13钢试验,分析不同的涂层材料刀具与切削力、切屑形态以及刀具磨损状况之间的关系。研究表明TiAlN涂层刀具的切削性能最佳。根据材料的加工性能选择最适合加工退火H13钢的Ti化合物涂层刀具。

Study on Influence of Cutting Tool Factors on Cutting Performance of H13 Steel

Abstract:In order to select suitable tools for machining H13 hot working die steel,3D orthogonal test simulation is carried out by using finite element simulation software AdvantEdge FEM.After the optimum milling parameters are obtained,the cutting properties of annealed H13 steel are studied by using this set of milling parameters.The experiments of milling annealed H13 steel with various Ti compound coated tools are carried out.The relationship between the cutting tool and cutting force,chip shape and tool wear of different coating materials is analyzed.The results show that the cutting performance of the TiAlN coated tool is the best.According to the advantages and disadvantages of the processing properties of the materials,the Ti compound coated tool which is the most suitable for the annealing H13 steel is selected,which provides the theoretical and experimental data basis for the production and processing of the die.
