高速内冷立铣刀的三维空化湍流计算

摘要:针对内冷铣刀高速切削加工过程中可能会出现的空化现象进行研究。采用三维混合流体完整空化湍流模型,基于RNG的kε湍流模型及SIMPLEC算法,对高速内冷铣刀切削区流场进行计算分析,得到了内冷铣刀出现空化现象的临界转速。本研究结果可为优化高速内冷铣刀结构设计提供理论依据。

3D Cavitation Turbulent Flow Simulation in Highspeed
Internal Cooling Endmilling

Abstract:The paper aims at studying the cavitation phenomenon which may occur in highspeed internal cooling end milling.The three dimension (3D) mixture full cavitation turbulent model which represents the homogeneous multiple phase flow is used to compute 3D cavitation flow in highspeed internal cooling endmilling.The whole passage is simulated by RNG kε turbulence model and SIMPLEC algorithm.In terms of the simulated results,the cutting zone in highspeed internal cooling endmilling is analyzed and the computational critical speed of the internal cooling endmilling cutter is obtained.The results will provide theory gist to optimize the structural design of highspeed internal cooling endmilling cutters.
