高速内冷立铣刀的三维空化湍流计算

摘要:针对内冷铣刀高速切削加工过程中可能会出现的空化现象进行研究。采用三维混合流体完整空化湍流模型,基于RNG的kε湍流模型及SIMPLEC算法,对高速内冷铣刀切削区流场进行计算分析,得到了内冷铣刀出现空化现象的临界转速。本研究结果可为优化高速内冷铣刀结构设计提供理论依据。

3D Cavitation Turbulent Flow Simulation in Highspeed 
Internal Cooling Endmilling

Abstract:The paper aims at studying the cavitation phenomenon which may occur in highspeed internal cooling end milling.The three dimension (3D) mixture full cavitation turbulent model which represents the homogeneous multiple phase flow is used to compute 3D cavitation flow in highspeed internal cooling endmilling.The whole passage is simulated by RNG kε turbulence model and SIMPLEC algorithm.In terms of the simulated results,the cutting zone in highspeed internal cooling endmilling is analyzed and the computational critical speed of the internal cooling endmilling cutter is obtained.The results will provide theory gist to optimize the structural design of highspeed internal cooling endmilling cutters.
