TiAlN涂层铣刀铣削CE11高硅铝合金的刀具磨损分析

摘要:在分析高硅铝合金切削摩擦磨损特性的国内外研究现状基础上,以正交试验法为基础,利用DEFORM 3D有限元仿真软件对TiAlN涂层铣刀铣削CE11高硅铝合金的铣削过程进行虚拟仿真分析,研究铣削用量的改变对刀具磨损的影响规律。基于仿真试验结果,对TiAlN涂层刀具铣削高硅铝合金的铣刀磨损量试验数据进行极差分析,优选出最小磨损量的最佳切削用量方案,并通过试验验证仿真结果的正确性。

Tool Wear Analysis of TiAlN Coated Milling Cutter
in High Silicon Aluminum Alloy CE11

Abstract:On the basis of current domestic and foreign research status of the friction and wear of cutting high silicon aluminum alloy,the milling process of high silicon aluminum alloy CE11 with TiAlN coated milling cutter is analyzed by the finite element simulation software DEFORM 3D based on the orthogonal experiment method.The effects of milling parameters on tool wear are studied.According to the results of simulation experiment,the range analysis is made on the experimental data of milling cutter wear in cutting high silicon aluminum alloy by TiAlN coated tools,and the best cutting parameter scheme is selected.The correctness of the simulation results is verified by experiments.
