发动机叶片型面轮廓度误差检测及评价

摘要:通过激光位移传感器采集叶片型面数据,并根据轮廓度定义,提出叶片型面截面线轮廓度误差、弯曲变形误差和扭转变形误差的检测评价方法。搭建了叶片型面检测装置,并通过该装置对航空发动机压气机四级叶片的型面进行检测评价。结果表明,该检测评定方法可靠有效。

Profile Error Detection and Evaluation of Aeroengine Blade

Abstract:With the acquisition of the blade profile data by laser displacement sensor,and through the profile definition,the method for measuring and evaluating the profile,bending and torsional deformation errors is proposed.A blade profile detection equipment is built to measure and evaluate the aeroengine fourstage compressor blade profile.The experienment results show that the proposed method is reliable and effective.
