不等齿距插铣刀铣削稳定域的预测与验证

摘要:插铣加工会产生巨大的振动,影响工件的加工质量,减少振动在一定程度上能够提高工件加工质量。本文通过改变插铣刀齿距来控制振动,建立了不等齿距插铣刀的三维动力学模型,应用半离散法对其进行求解;通过模态分析试验得到模态参数,利用MATLAB软件绘制了稳定性叶瓣图;利用DEFORM软件以及试验数据验证了所构建的稳定性叶瓣图的正确性。

Prediction and Verification of Stability Domain of Plunge Milling Cutter
with Unequal Pitch

Abstract:Plunge milling can produce huge vibration,which affects the machining quality of the workpiece.Reducing vibration can improve the machining quality of the workpiece to a certain extent.In this paper,the vibration is controlled by changing the tooth spacing of the plunge milling cutter.Firstly,a threedimensional dynamic model of the plunge milling cutter with unequal pitch is established and solved by using semidiscrete method.The modal parameters are obtained by modal analysis test,and the stability lobes diagram is drawn by MATLAB.Finally,DEFORM software and experimental data are used to verify the correctness of the stability lobes diagram.
