强化研磨中微凹坑对轴承摩擦性能的影响

摘要:为了研究强化研磨中产生的微凹坑对轴承摩擦性能的影响,介绍了轴承强化研磨加工的原理,通过对强化研磨加工后的轴承进行摩擦磨损对比试验,对比和分析了轴承的摩擦系数。结果表明:经过强化研磨加工后的轴承钢板的摩擦系数相比未加工的轴承钢板降低了16%-19%;经过对已加工和未加工轴承钢板表面的电镜扫描图像进行对比,进一步验证了经强化研磨加工会使轴承表面产生微凹坑。

Micropits in Strengthening and Polishing′s Influence
Towards Frictional Wear′s Frictional Behavior

Abstract:To explore micropits,that produced during the process of strengthening and polishing,influencing frictional wear′s frictional behavior.This article first briefly introduce the principle of strengthening and polishing,then through analyzing bearing after strengthening and polishing frictional wear compared experiment,and then analyzed and compared imagine of bearing frictional coefficient.The results show that compared with the raw bearing steel plate,friction coefficient of friction bearing steel plate after strengthening and polishing decreased 16%-19%.Lastly,scanning electron microscope image compared between processed and raw surface of bearing steel plate,further tested surface of bearing will produce micropits after strengthening and polishing.
