凹坑微织构对4Cr13不锈钢/皮质骨摩擦副摩擦性能的影响

摘要:采用YLPF20激光打标器制备了不同参数的凹坑微织构,并用MMW1 型立式万能摩擦磨损试验仪分析了凹坑微织构尺寸、润滑条件和微织构面积占比及微织构分布形式等试验参数对4Cr13不锈钢/皮质骨摩擦副的摩擦性能影响。结果表明:合理的凹坑微织构在有无润滑条件下都具有减摩效果,在润滑条件下减摩效果更好,同时能有效降低摩擦区温度;在有无润滑条件下,凹坑微织构的面积占比都与摩擦副的摩擦性能有很大关系,凹坑面积占比越大,摩擦副的摩擦系数越低,摩擦性能越好。

Effect of Dimple Microtexture on Friction Properties of 4Cr13 Stainless
Steel/cortical Friction Pair

Abstract:The dimple textures with different parameters are prepared by YLPF20 laser marker.The MMW1 vertical universal friction and wear test instrument is used to analyze the size of the dimple texture,lubrication condition and the area ratio of the texture and the distribution pattern of the texture.The effect of parameters on the friction properties of 4Cr13 stainless steel/porcine cortical bone friction pair.The conclusions show that the reasonable microtexture of the dimple has the effect of reducing the grinding under the condition of no lubrication,and the grinding effect is better under the lubrication condition.At the same time,it can effectively reduce the temperature of the friction zone.Moreover,under the condition of no lubrication,the area ratio of the microtexture of the dimple is greatly related to the friction performance of the friction pair.The larger the ratio of the area of the pit,the lower the friction coefficient of the friction pair and the better the friction performance.
