负倒棱与圆弧刃口钝化的钻削性能试验研究

摘要:硬质合金刀具刃口钝化能有效提高刃口强度,避免崩刃,提高刀具的切削性能和耐用度。本文研究不同钝化宽度的麻花钻负倒棱型刃口加工45钢钻削性能的影响。当倒棱宽度为0.08mm时,切削力适中,断屑性能最好;在相同钝化量下,对比圆弧型和负倒棱型刃口钝化对钻削力和已加工表面粗糙度的影响。结果表明,两者所加工孔的表面粗糙度相差不大,圆弧型刃口钝化的麻花钻产生的切削力较小;负倒棱型刃口钝化的麻花钻在断屑方面优于圆弧型钝化。

Experimental Study of Twist Drill Performance with Negative Chamfered 
and Rounded Honing Edge

Abstract:Cutting edge honing can effectively improve the strength of twist drill edge to avoid edge chipping and improve its drilling performance.In this paper,the performance of twist drill with the different negative chamfered honing width to drill 45 steel is studied.When the chamfered width is 0.08mm,the cutting force is convenient with the chip morphology at its best. The cutting force and roughness of machined surface are compared with these two chamfered edge honing drills under the same honing value.The results show that the roughness of holes’ surface is little difference,but the cutting force drilled by the rounded honing drill is smaller.Moreover,the capability in chip breaking of the negative chamfered honing drill is better than the rounded one.
